3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:

| Responding to your inquiries | Legitimate Interest |

| Detecting and preventing fraud/abuse | Legitimate Interest |
5. Artificial intelligence and transparency
Certain pages on NumberVibe use AI-style presentation (for example, a "Quick Read" summary area and compact page layouts) to help you scan stories and results. That interface is labeled in the product so you can recognize it. Editorial summaries and calculator framing are written and reviewed by our team for accuracy; they are not generated for you in real time by a large language model in your browser unless a feature explicitly says otherwise.
- EU AI Act (transparency): Where website content is AI-assisted or presented in an AI-style manner, we aim to make that clear through labels (such as the Quick Read subtitle and on-page transparency notes) consistent with transparency expectations including those reflected in Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, as applicable to our informational service.
- Human oversight: For public-interest and editorial summaries, we apply human review and editorial judgment where applicable.
- Limited-risk, informational use: We use these patterns for informational summarization and calculation assistance. We do not use them for automated legal decisions about individuals, employment or credit decisions, or sensitive biometric profiling on numbervibe.com.
- GDPR and future AI processing: By default, calculator inputs and outputs are processed locally in your browser, consistent with the rest of this policy and our Terms of Service, unless a specific feature clearly states that data is sent elsewhere. If we introduce features that send inputs to third-party AI APIs, we will describe the purpose, legal basis under GDPR where applicable, retention, and international transfers in an updated policy and, where required, in the feature itself.
Nothing in this section changes our commitment that routine calculator use does not require sending your inputs to our serversβsee section 2 and our Terms of Service.
